Ten outstanding companies were identified by a research conducted every year by Great Place To Work® basing on a survey submitted to employees. The survey analyzes the trust relation between management and employees, the relation of employees with their job and the quality of relations among colleagues. The results of the Swiss survey, compared to the research in other European countries, points out a leading edge workplace culture. In Switzerland the best companies distinguish from others for the way they involve their employees in decision, the fairness of recognition and the sense of family and team characterizing the relationships.
